A set of practical methods aimed at developing the physical qualities of young football players has been developed. The complex included the game method, the uniform method, the repeated method, and the circular training method, which has a dominant component. The distribution of the load volume and the duration of individual phases of the complex were determined by the training cycle period and its stages. This complex can be used by coaches and teachers for young football players in the 4th year of training.
