The article is devoted to the current problem of forecasting the financial condition of the enterprise. The concept of the essence of forecasting as one of the stages of enterprise activity management is described. Key methods of forecasting financial and economic activities were studied, characteristics of each of them were described in detail, the concept of forecasting was expressed.
