Diagnosis and treatment of aseptic and purulent tarsal bursitis in cattle remains an important task for veterinarians. Conventional diagnostic methods did not allow detecting animals with this pathology at early stages, which led to a deterioration in the clinical condition of the animal, loss of productivity and culling.
