The embryotoxic activity of the compound "DS/16" was studied in white rats. It was found that when intragastric administration of the drug "DS/16" in animals at a dose of 60 mg / kg (1/20 part of a single dose of LD50), from 5-10 days of pregnancy, does not significantly affect the fetal embryonic development in the antenatal and postnatal period.
