A test was carried out of an additive containing trace elements for feeding cows with feed in order to increase the productivity and quality characteristics of the milk obtained from them. Stud-ies have established that the tested feed additive does not have a negative effect on the body of ex-perimental animals and can be recommended for use in dairy cattle breeding. When using an addi-tive containing microelements, the mass fraction of fat, protein, dry fat-free residue in cow's milk increases.
