Evaluated the effect of biologically active feed additives "Lacto-Garant", "SP-60" and "Sel-Plex" used on the dairy farm KFH "Victoria" in the Chistopol district of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the experiments, cows of the Holstein-Friesian breed of the second-fifth lactation were used. The studies revealed the effect of increasing the average monthly milk productivity of animals when the "Lacto-Garant" drug was turned on by 5.36 %, "SP-60" by 4.5 %, "Sel-Plex" by 4.9 %. The results of a study of the chemical composition of milk in cows whose diet contained feed additives showed an increase, compared with the control, in the protein content of 0.2-5.3 %, fat by 0.3-6.2 %, lactose by 0.4- 4.3 %, calcium - by 0.6–7.2 and phosphorus - by 1.0–14.7 %. Thus, the inclusion of the feed additives "Lacto-Garant", "SP-60", and "Sel-Plex" in the diet of cows contributes to an increase in milk productivity. This improves the chemical composition of milk and its biological value by in-creasing the content of protein, fat, lactose, calcium and phosphorus.
