The article presents data on the assessment of the disinfecting effect of the MUK-DM prepa-ration in relation to bacterial isolates isolated from various surfaces of the premises according to the content of cattle (walls, floors, stalls). The preparation MUK-DM is a complex of chemicals consist-ing of detergent components: cationic and nonionic surfactants and active substances with biocidal action (quaternary ammonium compounds, aldehydes), for the possibility of working at low temper-atures in the chemical formula the drug was introduced component from the group of antifreezes, which has a bactericidal effect. Laboratory studies have shown that the MUK-DM preparation has an effective biocidal effect against bacterial isolates isolated from various surfaces of the premises by the content of cattle (walls, floors, stalls), adding an antifreeze component to a previously devel-oped formulation reduces the exposure time of the drug to microorganisms, as a result, the bacteri-cidal effect increases.
