An important direction in feeding farm animals, as well as poultry, is the use of natural growth stimulants to produce environmentally friendly products. These include enzyme preparations and mineral additives (sorbents). Their effect is expressed in the improvement of qualitative and quantitative growth indicators, therapeutic and preventive protection of the young body from path-ogenic environmental influences. The use of the poly-enzyme preparation "Universal" and the en-zyme-mineral complex helps to increase the safety and intensity of growth of their live weight, and the studied additives had a positive effect on the slaughter qualities of birds. At the same time, the best data were obtained when feeding complex preparation to broiler turkeys.
