Thus, as a result of the conducted polymerase chain reaction, it has been established that the mixture of oligonucleotide primers when interacting with one of the DNA markers does not inter-fere with accumulation of specific amplification products. Each biological pathogen corresponds an individual fluorescent marker for bovine viral diarrhea channel R6G, for parainfluenza-3-channel Fam, and for infectious rhinotracheitis Cy5.
