This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of diabetic foot exercises on the sensitivity of the feet of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. The method used in this study was a descriptive research method with a case study approach. The results showed when measuring the feet' sensitivity after doing leg exercises 2x / day for three days, and there was a change. The change in sensitivity value increases 1-2 points from the maximum point 3. Conclusions The implementation of foot exercises can increase the sensitivity of the foot in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
