In the concept of Islamic law, the discussion of Islamic law, the discussion of law covers matters relating to the term law, judge, mahkum fih, and mahkum alaih. The first thing that needs to be explained is not the law, but the judge, that is the party who sets the law or the law maker and determines the merits of an act. In the principles of Islamic law, the Judge is Allah SWT. The reason that the first judge must be discussed is because without a judge there is no Islamic law.
