It investigates the issues of culturological empathy as a leading component of the process of interaction of individuals in a multicultural society, which determines the effective conflictfree human activity without losing their individuality. It is proved that the understanding of culturological features reveals the potential of new opportunities that ensure the coherence of actions of social actors based on the relevant cultural values.
The topicality of this paper is in the generalization of the theoretical concepts in the modern science as for interpretation of interrelations of the phenomenon of culture and mediation.
The practical significance presupposes the ways of implementation of the theoretical cultural principles in the mediation process that enhances the performance.
