Creativity leaves few people indifferent. In our opinion, such activities have a special impact on people with disabilities. With the help of art you can learn about the world and realize yourself in it. All this can be seen on the example of the International Art Symposium-Plein Air of Persons with Disabilities «Art without Restrictions» with the assistance of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. The article highlights how various artistic and rehabilitation measures affect the personality of a person with a disability, his spiritual and physical condition. And also in combination with inclusive tourism as all these measures expand their opportunities, becoming a full-fledged social service.
