The aim of the work is to study the motivation for the development of the private medical sector in the system of public-private partnership on the basis of sustainability. Results. Emphasis is placed on the challenges of sustainability in the health care system, including the fragmentation of the health care system, labor constraints, and investment in improving technologies that put pressure on the financial capacity of health systems to meet needs.
