This contribution is a review of Reinventing (with) Theory in Rhetoric and Writing Studies, a collection of work that enacts Sharon Crowley's ideas of rhetoric as invention. The collection, edited by some of Crowley's graduate students, is emotionally powerful and pedagogicaly useful.
