تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة منصة الوقف التي أطلقتها شركة فينترا والتي تستخدم تقنية البلوكتشين؛ حيث تعتبر هذه المنصة أول منصة وقف خارج نطاق النظريات والأدبيات. وقد استخدمت الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل الوقوف على حقيقة هذه المنصة وطريقة عملها، كما تهدف هذه الورقة إلى وصف وتحليل الخطوات التي تتم خلال هذه المنصة. سيتم تقسيم هذه الورقة إلى ثلاثة مباحث؛ يتعرض فيه المبحث الأول إلى تقنية البلوكتشين وفي المبحث الثاني نظرة على شركة فينترا بصفة عامة دون التطرق إلى المنتجات والخدمات الأخرى التي تقدمها، وفي المبحث الثالث يناقش منصة الوقف تشين والإطار المفاهيمي الذي تقوم عليه. ويمكن القول إن الورقة توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المنصة توفر وسيلة أكثر فاعلية لجمع الأموال، وإدارة الوقف، كما إنه يمكن بالفعل استخدام التكنولوجيا في التمويل الإسلامي والتمويل الجماعي.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study endowment platform produced by Vintra Company which uses the Blockchain technique. The platform can be considered as the first endowment platform beyond the scope of theories and literatures. Analytical descriptive method was used to identify the reality of this platform and its mode of operation. The paper also aims to describe and analyze the steps taken during this platform. This paper is divided into three sections. The first section deals with the technique of Blockchain. The second part is general view about Vintra Company without discussing the other products and services it provides. In the third, we discuss the Qin platform and the conceptual framework on which it is based. Among the major findings of this paper is that the platform provides a more effective means of raising funds and managing the waqf, which means that technology can be used in Islamic finance and collective financing.
