The article reveals the prerequisites, methods of conducting and analysing the results of the study of the career goals of graduate pharmacists from the internship of the Pharmacy Faculty of the Kyiv Medical University. In the final section of the article, conclusions are drawn regarding the preferences of pharmacists' choice of place of work and further career development. Suggestions are made on the improvements of the graduates employment training of medical/pharmacy universities.
