The external and internal factors of the project environment for innovative projects of the comprehensive cultivation and processing of rapeseed for the biodiesel, which will be implemented on the material and technical basis of the modern farms and agricultural holdings have been considered, analyzed and characterized.As a result of research was concluded that the success of the innovative projects of the comprehensive cultivation and processing of rape for biodiesel depends on the external and internal factors of the project environment. However, the external factors entourage do the predominant influence on the configuration of such projects and their product properties. Latest have formed from a close collaboration between general and sectorial environmental factors.The prospect of further research in this area is quantitatively evaluated the impact of environmental factors on innovative projects of the comprehensive cultivation and processing of rape for biodiesel on the configuration of such projects and their product properties.
