This article is about the effects of computers on children's health. The main moments of the “child - computer” interaction, as well as children's health disorders caused by a prolonged stay at the computer, are considered. The positive and negative aspects of the influence of the computer on the mental and physical health of children are revealed, tips for parents are presented.
