Socio-economic transformations that have occurred in society over the last decades, radically changed not only the lives of people, but the educational situation. Physical education students represents an integral constituent part of higher humanitarian education. It stands for quality and the resulting comprehensive measure of the impact of various forms, means and methods on the personality of the future specialist in the process of formation of professional competence. Health of students and their socio–psychological adaptation in the society, the normal growth and development is largely determined by the environment in which he lives. More than half of their time during the day, students at the University, so it is important to increase their motivation to employment by physical culture and sports, achievement sports results. The use of innovative forms and technologies of sports activities, in particular of the flash mob will make physical education interesting and extraordinary, to meet all the requirements of modern educational process. We tried to move away from traditional approaches in physical education to motivate students, studying non-traditional techniques, using elements of the new that animate and make lessons more varied. Exercise flash mob to the music creates for those who are engaged in understanding about the nature of the movements, their timing, and increases the spatial precision and expressive movements, develops aesthetic taste. Dance style exercise stimulates the expression of positive emotions in deals, increased emotional perception of the world. Aesthetic emotion enable a greater number of repetitions of various exercises not noticing fatigue, which gives a significant training effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Thanks to the close coordination of the movements with the music, rising expressive potential of physical exercise. Students have the impression that those who do talk about themselves, reveal their feelings and thoughts in the language of movement. The objective criterion of the effectiveness of the conceptual approach is to increase students ' social activity, a qualitative increase educational productivity, enhance the spirituality of each individual student.
