The paper deals with translations of verses by K. Balmont into Armenian. In particular, the matter concerns a verse entitled «Безглагольность», translated into Armenian by Vahram Martirosyan. The author concludes that the translator managed to remain close to the original source, however, in the two final lines he distorted the system of poetic images a bit, thus, consequently, distorting the thrust.
