This article deals with Brusov verse books selected by the author himself: “Izbrannye stikhi” (1915) and “Krugozor” (1922). The both were never analyzed as separate poetic books in the context of Brusov’s literary evolution. This study is focused on the composition of “selected verses” and their estimated readers.
