Abstrak
Guru dengan tugas tamabahan selain melakukan tugas pokok yang diwajibkan juga memiliki tugas terkait dengan pelaksanaan tugas tambahan yang relevan dengan fungsi sekolah. Beban mengajar yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah menyebabkan kurang optimalnya kinerja guru dengan tugas tambahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru yang mendapat tugas tambahan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala yayasan, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa MTs Al Hikmah Singorojo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sesuai Permendikbud No. 15 Th 2018 sebagai dasar kebijakan sekolah terkait beban mengajar guru dengan tugas tambahan; Kinerja guru dengan tugas tambahan cukup baik dalam kualitas kerja, komunikasi dan kemampuan kerja namun kurang optimal pada kecepatan atau ketepatan kerja serta inisiatif dalam kerja; Pembiayaan sekolah yang belum stabil dan rendahnya dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat merupakan kendala yang dialami; Pelaksanaan dana sukarela dan pendekatan komunikasi door to door merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diajadikan dasar untuk melakukan penelitian lanjutan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru yang mendapat tugas tambahan menjadi lebih baik.
Abstract
A teacher not only do the task principal who is obliged to himself but also has a performance that is associated with the implementation of the task addition that is relevant to functioning of the school. As a teacher with additional assignment, getting teaching hours that are not in accordance with government regulations cause the teacher to be less than optimal in carrying out his obligations as a teacher. The purpose of research it is to determine the policy of the school concerning the burden of teaching the teachers with task addition, the performance of teachers with the task addition, the constraints are experienced and attempt were made school. Research qualitatively with methods of descriptive, tehnical collection of data is done through manual observation, guidance interview, and study documentation. Subject study is the head of the foundation, the head of school, deputy head of the school, teaches and student of MTs Al Hikmah Singorojo. Results of the study were found: Permendikbud No. 15 Th 2018 are used as guidelines for the policy of school related burden of teaching ang teachers with the task extra; Performance of teaches with the task of supplementary good enough in quality of work, communication and the ability to work, bur less than optimal in speed or accuracy of the work and initiatives in the workplace; Financing school that has not been stable and low support of the parents and the community is a constaint that is experienced; Iplementation of the funds voluntarily and approach communication door to door is an effort that is made by the school.
