This research aims to present an overview of social impact measurement methods of businesses by synthesising and classifying 49 methods that are regularly applied. By specifically looking at six specific aspects, the results show that only 14/49 methods comprehensively measure social impact. Also, this research proposes recommendations for the Vietnamese government, businesses, and researchers in the field of social impact measurement, contributing to helping businesses sustainably do business.
