Currently, most countries in the world have applied BIM (Building information modeling) in the transpor-tation field thank to being aware of the need for BIM in construction, and the great benefits brought by BIM. Vietnam is also not outside of that trend, the application of BIM in the transport sector is expected to help Viet-nam’s transportation industry to address challenges and move towards sustainable transport development. BIM has proven effectiveness in building and managing in-formation during the project life cycle. In this study, the authors propose the BIM application for the steel box girder overpass with reinforced concrete slabs at 550 crossroad, Binh Duong province.
