This study focuses on determining the impacts of Leadership Empowerment (LP) on the Psychological Empowerment (PE) and Work Outcomes (WO) of employees at financial institutions in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the investigation forms of 361 employees working at financial institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, statistical methods, reliability assessment of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) are used for the analysis. The results show that the LP positively affects the PE and WO of employees, and the PE positively affects the WO of employees. Keywords: Leadership, Empowerment, Psychology, Finance, Outcomes.
