Розглянуто сутність та структуру економічногомеханізму управління сільськогосподарським під-приємством. На основі узагальнення різних підхо-дів до поняття «економічний механізм» зробленовисновок про його специфічні, економічні методиуправління, дія яких полягає у наданні чи позбав-ленні матеріальної (фінансової) винагороди. Вод-ночас вони залишають свободу вибору варіантівповедінки об’єкта управління, лише створюючиумови, що спонукають до досягнення встановленихцілей. Наголошується на необхідності побудовиекономічного механізму управління в умовахконкурентного середовища.
The essence and the structure of the economic managementmechanism of agricultural enterprise is considered. The conclusionhas been made on the basis of generalizing different approachesconcerning term «economic mechanism» and its specifics –economic methods of management which function basing on givingand refusing material (financial) reward. At the same time theyleave freedom of making choice of behavior variants for the management object and just create conditions stimulating to achieve the set goals. The necessity of creating economicmanagement mechanism in competitive environment is stressed.
