ПОРІВНЯЛЬНІ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВИДОВОЇ СТАБІЛЬНОСТІ ІЗОЛЯТІВ І ШТАМІВ ВRUCELLA ABORTUS

Проведено дослідження видової стабільності(культурально-морфологічні, антигенні властиво-сті) 6 ізолятів, виділених у різні етапи викорененнябруцельозу в Україні, і 3 референтних штамівBrucella abortus. У висівах на поживні середовищажиттєздатними виявилися всі відібрані культурипісля тривалого зберігання в ліофільному стані затемператури (4±1) оС упродовж 20–50 років.У процесі клонування було встановлено, що ізоля-ти й референтні штами зберегли типову видовухарактеристику бруцел у S- або RS-формах. Investigated the stability of the species (cultural and morphological,antigenic properties) 6 isolates, dedicated in differentstages of eradication of brucellosis in Ukraine, and 3 referencestrains of Brucella abortus. In sowing on nutrient medium all selectedculture after prolonged storage in the lyophilized state at atemperature (4±1) оC for 20–50 years were found alive. In the processof cloning revealed that isolates and reference strains retainedthe characteristic types of species of brucella in the S- or RS-forms.
