ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПАТОЛОГО-АНАТОМІЧНОГО ПРОЯВУ ДИРОФІЛЯРІОЗУ СОБАК, СПРИЧИНЕНОГО DIROFILARIA IMMITIS

Наведені матеріали стосовно патолого-анатомічних змін за дирофіляріозу собак, спричи-неного Dirofilaria immitis. Патоморфологічнимидослідженнями встановлено кахексію, анемію сли-зових оболонок, білковий гепатоз, нефрозонефрит,венозну гіперемію та набряк легень, гіпертрофію йгостре розширення правої половини серця, гідро-торакс, асцит і гематурію. Показані також змі-ни, неспецифічні для даного захворювання: ката-рально-геморагічний гатроентероколіт і гемора-гічний діатез. У серці, легенях та легеневих арте-ріях загиблих від дирофіляріозу собак виявленістатевозрілі паразити Dirofilaria immitis, щопризвели до загибелі тварин. The article contains materials about thepathologoanatomic changes of dog dirofilariasis causedby Dirofilaria immitis. Pathomorphological researchesshowed emaciation, anemia mucous membranes, proteinsteatosis, nefrozonefrit, venous hyperemia and pulmonaryedema, hypertrophy and acute enlargement in the rightpart of a heart, hydrothorax, ascites and gematurіa. Alsoare shown the changes non-specific for disease: catarrhalhemorrhagicgastroenterokolit and hemorrhagic dіatez. Inthe heart, lungs and pulmonary arteries of dogs, died ofdirofilariasis, found mature parasites Dirofilaria immitis,which led to the death of the animals.
