. The ongoing transformations in the Ukrainian system of education increase the role of educational organization heads' leadership qualities, in particular, their communicative tolerance. Aim: to empirically investigate the development of and organizational and psychological factors in communicative tolerance as a component of educational organization heads' leadership qualities. Methods. Testing methods and mathematical methods of statistics were used for the research. Results. It has been shown that communicative tolerance as an educational organization heads' leadership quality is poorly developed and affected by the following organizational and psychological factors: a type of the general secondary education institution, heads' managerial experience, gender, and age). Conclusions. The obtained results can be used in educational organization heads' leadership training in the system of postgraduate education (advanced training).
