The incidence of primary cervical choriocarcinoma is extremely low, with only approximately 60 cases reported. We present a case of primary cervical choriocarcinoma, which was originally mis‐diagnosed as a cervical pregnancy . After failure of conservative treatment with methotrexate, the patient underwent a hysterectomy, followed by chemotherapy with actinomycin‐D. After twenty months of follow‐up, the patient is in good condition and her serum β‐hCG levels are normal.
