A case of cervical pregnancy in a 16‐year‐old woman is reported. Nonsurgical management with actinomycin‐D, methotrexate and cyclophosphamide chemotherapy resolved the pregnancy without significant morbidity. Subsequent pregnancy occurred with premature birth of viable normal infant.
