We describe a technique for the blind catheterisation of the fallopian tubes from the vagina using a specially designed device. This procedure was applied to the treatment of ten women with unexplained infertility by transvaginal sperm intra‐fallopian transfer, and has resulted in four normal ongoing singleton pregnancies.
