. A case of simultaneous bilateral tubal pregnancy in a 29‐year‐old patient is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathologic examination, showing chorionic villi in both locations. The possibility of this rare diagnosis should always be kept in mind and careful examination of both adnexa should be performed in cases of ectopic pregnancy.
