We report a case of an endometrial neoplasm of Mullerian origin, consisting of a malignant epithelial component and a benign stromal component. Only 3 similar cases have been described previously. By comparative study of other, more common mixed Mullerian tumors, we have tried to determine the behavior and management of this neoplasm.
