. Advanced pelvic lymphoma is rarely encountered by the gynecologist. Two cases of pelvic lymphoma involving the reproductive tract are reported. Long‐term survival is achieved by minimal surgical intervention, correct histo‐logic examination and treatment with local radiation therapy and systemic chemotherapy.
