. The effect of infused prostaglandin F 2α plasma antidiuretic hormone and renin activity in early pregnancy was investigated in eight women. After infusion for one and three hours (infusion speed 50 μg/min) the PRA had decreased significantly. During the same time the blood pressure also showed a decreasing tendency. No changes were found in plasma vasopressin concentration.
