. A case report is given ofa patient suffering from testicular femininization, a 13.5 I mesothelial‐lined cyst associated with the right gonad, and several small intraperitoneal mesothelial cysts. No malignant changes were found. and no remnants ofthe Mullerian duct system were detected.
