At the Clinic of Obstetrics, University Hospital, Uppsala, where the annual number of deliveries approaches 3,000, only one case of interlocked twins has occurred. Since this complication is extremely rare, the case will be described below, together with another similar case from the hospital in Borås, Sweden.
