This paper presents the results of empirical research to identify psychological content of the moral regulation realtor’s economic behavior as a subject of labor. Formal and informal determinants realtor’s economic behavior have been interpreted. Re-spondent’s representations about unethical behavior in relation to the subjects of joint activities have been disclosed. Subjective as-sessment of economic phenomena (the world of business and money) by test subjects has been analyzed
