In this article, from the standpoint of the author's cultural and psychological model of the society development the analysis of the psychological mechanism of Latin American collective subject development is presented. It was shown that the ethno-integrating synthesis of chaotic archaic ideas and cosmizing supra-ethnic-religious ideas can determine the development of Latin American society, both in psychological indicators and non–psychological ones – socio-economic, political, etc. This work is a con-tinuation of a series of historical and psychological studies and publications devoted to the identification of psychological mecha-nisms of strategic development of the state and society.
