The article is devoted to the study of the general and professional resiliency of specialists at the organizational, group and individual levels. The relationship of the components of resiliency with the socio-psychological climate in the team and the subjective perception of the resiliency of different subjects of labor are considered. A comparison is made of the resiliency indicators of employees, administrators, volunteer and trainees of an organization providing assistance to people in difficult live situations.
