This article introduces the operations of Wikidata and WikiCite to theological librarians in technical services roles. To familiarize potential editors with these operations, the Vanderbilt Wikidata and WikiCite team offers a training program, Learn Wikidata. Through the training, librarians from divinity schools or local seminaries will be equipped to add institutional publications to a multilingual platform structed with linked data that presents and shares information globally. Participation in WikiCite and Wikidata can elevate faculty’s reputation of their digital scholarship and increase visibility and accessibility of their works.
