Instrumentos verificadores de estresse e da síndrome de burnout: revisão integrativa

Objetivo: Buscou-se identifi car os principais instrumentos utilizados para verifi car a síndrome de Burnout e estresseem enfermeiros. Método: Tratou-se de uma revisão integrativa nas bases de dados eletrônicas SCIELO, CINAHL,SCOPUS e LILACS, nas quais foram utilizados os descritores indexados no MeSH “stress” (1º); “burnout” (2º); “nursing”(3º) e acompanhados do conector “and” em busca de artigos dos anos de 2009 a 2015, baseado na questão depesquisa: Quais são os principais instrumentos utilizados para verifi cação de síndrome de Burnout e estresse emenfermeiros? Resultados: Foram analisados 15 artigos, foi notório que o Maslach Burnout Inventory encontra-sepresente na maioria das pesquisas desenvolvidas. Mas também são citados, embora em menor quantidade: JobStress Scale, Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, Questionnaire Stress of Conscience e a escala de Bianchi. Conclusões: Osinstrumentos descritos nesse trabalho auxiliam no enfrentamento da Síndrome de Burnout e no estresse dostrabalhadores, pois após verifi cação desse(s) o enfermeiro pode buscar tratamento para a(s) patologia(s), o local detrabalho pode defi nir estratégias para enfrentamento para os funcionários, identifi car estressores e não permitir queo estresse interfi ra na assistência ao paciente.Palavras-chave: Esgotamento profi ssional; Inquéritos e Questionários; Enfermagem. Results: 15 articles were analyzed, it was clear that theMaslach Burnout Inventory is present in most developed research. But they are also cited in smaller quantities; JobStress Scale, Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, Stress Questionnaire of Conscience and Bianchi scale. Conclusions: Theinstruments described in this work help in coping with the burnout syndrome and stress of workers, because afterverifi cation that (s) nurses can seek treatment for (s) condition (s), the workplace can defi ne strategies to coping foremployees, identify stressors and not allow stress to interfere with patient care.Keywords: Burnout, Professional; Surveys and Questionnaires; Nursing.
