State-owned goods or abbreviated as BMN are state assets whose management must be regular and accountable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and do not conflict with rules and laws where the responsibility starts from the source / input, process carried out, to the results or output which is obtained. In order to be used for the survival of the nation and state towards a good, fair and prosperous government. Laws, binding regulations are considered very compatible to protect State assets for the realization of Good Governance. Keywords:State Property, Good Governance Abstrak. Barang Milik Negara atau disingkat BMN merupakan asset Negara yang pengelolaannya harus teratur dan dipertanggungjawabkan sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta tidak bertentangan dengan aturan dan undang-undang dimana pertanggungjawabannya mulai dari sumber/input, proses yang dilakukan, sampai pada hasilnya atau output yang diperoleh. Agar bisa dimanfaatkan bagi kelangsungan hidup bangsa dan bernegara menuju pemerintah yang baik, adil dan makmur. Undang-undang, peraturan yang mengikat dinilai sangat kompatibel guna melindungi asset Negara demi terwujudnya Good Governance.Kata Kunci: Barang Milik Negara, Good Governance
