The results of the middle-scale geoinformation mapping of landscapes of Ukraine is considered. The structure and methodology of creation of geoinformation system “Landscapes of Ukraine” and its Database is presented. The attention is paid to content of complex and component information about landscapes of Ukraine. The principles of systematization and unification data to filling the Database is observed. It is given the example of presentation with GIS facilities the information on landscape complexes.
