In this paper the authors give special attention to the measures ofsocial interventions as measures of social policy in line to fight the presentchallenges of the contemporary society. Special attention is given to themeasures of child allowances, parental benefits, state subsidies forresidential loans for young families and other measures of pro-natal and familypolicy not just at the state level but also at local municipality level.
