Results of detailed geomagnetic survey change existing conceptions about geoenvironment’s structure heterogeneity in a substantial way. A new understanding of morphology and mineralogical composition of and depth to the causative bodies has been formed based on the classification of magnetic anomalies and rock magnetic parameters. Issues related to the structural-tectonic zoning of the central part of the bay have been addressed to yield the fault surface of the right wing of the Muraviev horst-anticlinorium and the amplitude of the horst uplift and its width.
