The interview process is an important process in collecting data on the developmentof a master plan where data collection is currently done manually. the manual data collectionstage results in a delay in the analysis process. in the end, it caused a delay in the entire scheduleof the project being worked on. in this study researchers designed and developed a surveyapplication that serves to facilitate a surveyor in collecting data. Survey application design usingUML consisting of usecase diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ERD. this application was alsobuilt using the django framework. This application analysis uses a library that is Radon. by usingradon applications can be calculated using several indicators such as cyclomatic cycle(CC),maintability index (MI) and the risk of the application. the results of this study have beendeveloped a survey application where this application has a low CC level, a high MI level and alow level of risk.
