This study aims to determine the effect of work group cohesiveness on employee morale The method used in this study was a quantitative correlational nature that aims to determine how much influence the work group cohesiveness on morale. This study sampled KSB Regional Financial Advisor V Yogyakarta some 111 people. Measuring instruments used in the form of two scales, namely scale morale and group cohesiveness scale. Scale morale value reliability (rxx) = 0,912 and the value of the work group cohesiveness scale reliability (rxx) = 0, 903.The results of the analysis of research data using regression analysis shows the coefficient of determination r2 = 0,536 and 16=0, 732 with a significance level of p <0,01 (p = 0, 000), so it can be concluded that no effect of group cohesiveness significant work on morale.
